Emergency Department
The All Saints Springhill Hospital Collaborative Emergency Centre (CEC) is temporarily closed.
Virtual urgent care will be available onsite from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. even when the CEC is closed.
After Hours Clinics
Western Kings Memorial Health Centre (WKM) After Hours Clinic will be closed:
- Tuesday, August 4 (evening)
- Wednesday, August 5
- Thursday, August 6
- Friday, August 7 (evening)
Emergency Department
The emergency department at Eastern Memorial Hospital in Canso is temporarily closed and will reopen on Monday, Aug. 10 at 12 p.m. (noon).
Virtual urgent care is available Monday and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.; Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 2:30 and Thursday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. Hours subject to change.

Strait Richmond Hospital emergency department will be closed from 10 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 6 until 8 a.m. Monday, Aug. 10.

Fishermen's Memorial Hospital emergency department is open from 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon) Tuesday, August 4 and Wednesday, August 5.
Virtual urgent care is open every day from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., even when emergency department is closed.

Digby General Hospital emergency department is closed at 4 p.m. Tuesday, August 4 and re-opens Wednesday, August 5 at 8 a.m.

Construction on the new Yarmouth Regional Hospital Emergency Department means some parking in the front, north parking lot (near the School of Nursing) will be temporarily closed. Please plan for extra time when coming for an appointment. Learn more here.
