The Early Mobility Program is for patients aged 65+ in hospital who are moving well, but may be at risk of losing strength and mobility while in hospital are assessed by a member of the care team using the Clinical Frailty Scale. This could happen in the emergency department or on an inpatient unit. Based on their level of frailty, they may be referred to our Early Mobility Program during their hospital stay.
