How Do I Access This Service?

In Central Zone, your healthcare provider can refer you using this form.  A COPD educator will decide whether INSPIRED or COPD Education Nova Scotia is the best fit for you.

In the rest of the province, ask your healthcare provider to refer you to INSPIRED using this form. So far COPD Care and Education Nova Scotia is only available in Central Zone, but anyone can take part in this program by signing up for a COPD and You class online through Healthy NS.
