Background:

The Yarmouth Regional Hospital redevelopment steering committee and Yarmouth Hospital Foundation invites you to participate in a photo contest to have your work chosen to be represented in the new emergency department currently under construction. As part of the project’s interior design, the work of local photographers will be displayed to showcase the talents in our communities.

Overview:

All members of our community are invited to participate in the photo contest. The photos will be displayed in public areas and hallways throughout the new emergency department. Some of the images may be part of signage to help with wayfinding.

Please submit a photo that reflects the Tri-Counties (Digby, Shelburne and Yarmouth Counties), and the communities served by Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Members of the Yarmouth Hospital Foundation and project steering committee will form a selection committee to evaluate and determine which photographs are selected.

If your work is chosen, you will be awarded a prize and your name will be recognized. We encourage everyone to submit a photo and help brighten the patient experience in the new emergency department.
