Need a Family Practice Registry Update, March 2025

As of March 3, 2025, there are 95,875 Nova Scotians on the Need a Family Practice Registry.

The last published number was on Feb. 13, 2025, when there were 104,324 Nova Scotians on the registry.

In total, 8,449 people were attached or removed as a result of ongoing validation work that confirmed they have a provider in February 2025. The percentage of the population on the registry is 9.1.

Nova Scotia Health will next update the registry in early April.
