Traffic Impacts on Robie Street Near Halifax Infirmary – April 25, 2026

Nova Scotia Health is advising crane operations will continue on Robie Street, on Saturday, April 25, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. All southbound lanes on Robie Street will be closed between Quinpool Road and Jubilee Road.

Patients and visitors are advised to use alternate routes during this time. Sidewalks and pedestrian access will remain open. The emergency department will remain open and fully accessible throughout the work.

Need a Family Practice Registry Update, June 2025

As of June 1st, there are 91,423 Nova Scotians on the Need a Family Practice Registry.

The last published number was on May 1st, when there were 91,474 Nova Scotians on the registry. In total, 51 more people were attached to a provider or removed as a result of ongoing validation work that confirmed they have a provider in May 2025 than were added to the registry.

The percentage of the population on the registry is 8.6%. Nova Scotia Health will next update the registry in early July.
