Alderney Health Home in Dartmouth offers team-based primary care in a welcoming, collaborative space designed to better support you and your care. Relocated from Dartmouth Medical Centre, the clinic continues to care for existing patients while expanding health care access in the community. 

Services Offered

Primary Health Care Providers (MDs and NPs), RNs, LPNs, social worker, and a dietitian. Duty clinic allows services to be delivered to attached patients 364 days a year.
