La gastro-entérite virale est une inflammation (gonflement) de l’estomac et des intestins qui  peut provoquer de la diarrhée (caca liquide) et des vomissements. Elle est parfois causée par un virus très  contagieux appelé norovirus. Certaines personnes l’appellent la « grippe intestinale ».
