CLINIC DETAILS

Public Health Nurses at the clinics can review your vaccine history and help you decide what you may need. The following vaccines will be offered for free for those who are eligible:

• Pneumococcal (65+)
• Shingles (65+)
• Varicella (Chickenpox) 
• Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) 
• Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (MMRV) 
• Tetanus, Diphtheria (Td) 
• Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Whooping Cough) (Tdap) 
• COVID-19 (Primary series only for August 17 clinics)*
• Adult RSV (75+)

Free naloxone kits, STI kits and COVID-19 tests are also available. 

All services are available by drop-in. You can also book appointments for some services:

*Please note: Starting August 18, COVID-19 vaccines will not be available at PHMU clinics. This is part of the normal process to prepare for the fall respiratory season. COVID-19 vaccination will start again in the fall. More information will be shared closer to the start of the program.

Information for clinic visitors:

• Bring your health card if you have one. 
• Check www.nshealth.ca/PHMU for updates, as clinics may be cancelled or rescheduled.
• Masks are available. If you have symptoms of illness, you must wear one inside the clinic.
