Request for public’s assistance in locating missing patient

Nova Scotia Health is requesting the public's assistance is locating Max Xavier Lowe Perry, 22, who has been missing from a Dartmouth hospital since Monday, Dec. 29.

Perry is about 6' 1" tall and weighs 140 lbs. He has shoulder-length brown hair and has a tattoo of a snake/serpent on his left hand.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans with designer rips, grey sweater, black coat and white shoes.

The patient's risk of deterioration increases with the length of time he is away from treatment.

Anyone with information is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency.
