For people living with arthritis that do not need joint replacement surgery the Conservative Management program may be available to help give you the tools to live a healthier life with less pain.

The program can help patients avoid or delay the need for joint replacement surgery.

The multi-week program involves exercise and education with a multidisciplinary team (which may include registered nurse, physiotherapist, dietitian, social worker, occupational therapist and rehabilitation assistant). The goal is to help you manage your own health and be more physically active.
