Nova Scotia Health offers individual and family sessions with customized educational help for people with Asthma and COPD, and their support network.

Our best standards of care include disease self-management to reduce progression of the disease and improving clients’ quality of life by improving their self-management skills.

Nova Scotia Health also offer spirometry testing and referral services, action planning, assistance with access to drug coverage, smoking cessation strategies, supportive counselling, etc.
