Numbers to Know Wellness Clinic

Offered at various times throughout the year within Cumberland County.  Volunteer registered nurses and lab techs check individuals’ blood pressure, blood glucose, HbA1C, BMI and waist circumference and meet with each participant to review and discuss the results.
