The Adult Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is an intensive treatment program for individuals who have a diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) or meet criteria for BPD but have not yet received a formal diagnosis. These individuals also struggle with persistent suicidal behavior, gestures, threats, or are presently engaging in non-suicidal self-harm behavior.

How do I access this program?

A referral from your current mental health and addictions clinician is required.
