Eileen MacGibbon is a skilled and results-driven health care executive with over 25 years of progressive leadership experience in tertiary/acute care and community care settings. She has a Master of Business Administration from Athabasca University and is a graduate of the Halifax Infirmary School of Health Record Science Health Information Management program.
Eileen has held progressive leadership positions with Horizon Health Network in New Brunswick, including leading the Transition Team that supported the Regional Health Authority when it was first formed. Her most recent role was Vice President, Clinical Services.
Eileen brings strong clinical operational knowledge and provides both a strategic and operational focus on improvements in outcomes and the pursuit of excellence. She is a recognized leader who has consistently fostered effective partnerships and healthy work environments through collaboration and teamwork in a performance-driven culture.
