All Saint Springhill Hospital’s Collaborative Emergency Centre is temporarily closed.  A virtual urgent care service will be available onsite most days.  Please check the schedule here.

Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton, emergency department is open 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday to Friday (closed Saturday and Sunday).

The emergency department at Eastern Memorial Hospital in Canso will be closed from 8 a.m. on Thursday, May 16 until 8 a.m. on Saturday, June 1.

Roseway Hospital emergency department is closed at 4 p.m. Friday, May 17 and re-opens Saturday, May 18 at 8 a .m. 

Drop-in mobile primary care clinics are at Shelburne Family Practice, 1606 Lake Road:

Saturday, May 25 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Saturday, June 1 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The emergency department at Twin Oaks Memorial Hospital in Musquodoboit will be closed from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Saturday, May 18 and from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Sunday, May 19.

Digby General Hospital emergency department is closed at 4 p.m. Friday, May 17 and re-opens Saturday, May 18 at 8 a.m.

Drop-in mobile primary care clinics will be at the Digby & Area Health Services Centre:

Friday, May 17 from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. 

Tuesday, May 21 from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

After Hours Clinics

Western Kings Memorial (WKM) Health Centre, Berwick, After-Hours / Same Day clinic is closed Monday, May 20.

All Clinics, Programs and Services

The switchboard service at St. Martha’s Regional Hospital in Antigonish is being tested on Friday, May 17 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. While testing is underway, people may experience periodic interruptions where they are unable to access the switchboard. If you are unable to get through, please call again within five to 10 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
